Terms of service

The gramo.app service is provided by DFM SAAS Solutions SL, tax ID B88901913 ("gramo.app" or "we"). For any question you can write to us at hola@dfmsaas.solutions.

gramo.app is a SaaS platform for food traceability, recipe costing, cost control, production management, digital HACCP and labelling under Regulation (EU) 1169/2011, aimed at professional kitchens and food production businesses.

To use the service you must create an account with accurate details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age and able to enter into contracts.

gramo.app is offered as a subscription on different plans (Starter, Pro and Business), whose prices and features are set out on the pricing page. Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise; the applicable taxes will be added.

• The subscription renews automatically for equal periods unless cancelled.
• Payment is taken in advance through our payment provider, Stripe.
• We may update prices with reasonable advance notice; the change will apply from the next renewal.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable.

By using gramo.app you agree to:

• Use the service lawfully and in line with these terms.
• Not compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• Be responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, including traceability and labelling data.

We work to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance and improvements that temporarily affect access, and we try to keep their impact to a minimum.

The software, brand and content of gramo.app belong to DFM SAAS Solutions SL. The data you enter remains yours; we grant you a licence to use the service and we process your data only to provide it, in line with the Privacy policy.

To the extent permitted by law, DFM SAAS Solutions SL shall not be liable for indirect damage or loss of profit arising from use of the service. gramo.app is a tool to support management: final responsibility for regulatory compliance (food safety, tax or labelling) lies with the user.

We may change these terms by notifying you through the service. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the consumer's place of residence where applicable, or to the courts of Granada in all other cases.
