What happens when the 30 days are up
- 01
Nothing is charged automatically. You didn't give a card when you started, so there's nothing to charge. You pick a plan whenever you want, or you don't.
- 02
During the trial you get the whole Pro plan. It isn't a cut-down version: unlimited costings, traceability, HACCP and labelling. So you can really see if it works for you.
- 03
If you don't pick a plan, the account stops giving access. Nothing you entered is deleted: we've checked that no process removes data because a trial ran out. Pick a plan and you'll find everything as you left it.
Billing questions
- Do the prices include VAT?
- No. The €29, €59 and €99 are excluding VAT. Spanish VAT of 21% is added at checkout, so Starter comes to €35.09 a month.
- Is there a minimum term?
- No. You pay month by month and cancel whenever you like from inside the app, under Plan and billing, without calling or emailing anyone.
- Can I change plan mid-month?
- Yes, from Plan and billing inside the app. The change is immediate and Stripe works out the adjustment to the amount when it's applied.
- How can I pay?
- By card, through Stripe. We never store your card details.
- Do I get an invoice?
- Yes, every month. From Plan and billing you go into the payments portal, where all your invoices are ready to download.
